Sheree is committed to helping individuals and families feel strong, informed, and secure in their financial decisions. She believes true financial confidence comes from clarity and partnership, which is why she takes the time to understand each client’s unique goals, challenges, and dreams.
Through strong, lasting relationships, Sheree helps clients create more than a financial plan—she helps them build an adaptable strategy designed to support the life they want today and the legacy they hope to leave for future generations.
As the wife of a Purdue University faculty member, Sheree also brings firsthand familiarity with the unique financial considerations, benefits, and resources available to Purdue faculty and staff.

Sheree is a wife and mom to four amazing children. Her family loves traveling, camping, and hiking together. A passionate musician, she sings with several groups in the Greater Lafayette area, including the Lafayette Master Chorale, and teaches music classes for babies and preschoolers.
Sheree is also an active member of Rotary and serves on the West Lafayette Elementary Parent Council board, helping provide support and resources to the school’s teachers, administrators, and students. Originally from Southern California, Sheree and her husband have called the Midwest home for 15 years and have proudly been part of the Greater Lafayette community for the past eight.

With more than 20 years of experience in industrial automation software, Kim has built a career turning complex challenges into clear, workable solutions. From helping resolve million-dollar plant-down emergencies to coordinating five-day global conferences, she knows how to stay calm, think ahead, and make sure every detail gets handled.
At Madren Financial, Kim brings that same energy to improving processes, supporting the team, and creating an exceptional experience for every client. She leads with heart, thinks in systems, and never met an operational process she couldn’t make better. Clients don’t just get support from Kim, they get an advocate who genuinely cares about making things easier for them.

If there’s a project (or a passport stamp) waiting to happen, Kim probably already has a plan for it.

Caroline provides essential administrative support to the Madren Financial team, helping ensure day-to-day tasks are handled thoughtfully, efficiently, and with care. With a strong background in client relationship management, she is passionate about creating meaningful, value-driven connections and contributing to an experience that makes clients feel genuinely supported.
Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Caroline earned her degree in International Business and Management from the University of South Carolina. Her experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments allows her to stay organized, adapt quickly, and keep important details moving forward behind the scenes.
